Integrated Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Cupping, Thai Table, Prenatal and Postpartum massage

Thai Massage (Chiang Mai Nuad Boran)- this massage takes place on a mat on the floor and the client is fully clothed. Massage therapist gently stretches the clients body.

Tok Sen- a gentle wooden tapping massage that uses sound and vibrations to help the muscles.

I use hot towels with essential oils for the feet.

STUDIO RATE:

45 minutes: $75 

60 minutes: $100 

75 minutes: $125

Prenatal and Postpartum Massage

Prenatal Massage

A specialized massage for the mother-to-be, reducing the discomforts of pregnancy and enhancing the emotional well-being of both mother and baby.

Postpartum

Postpartum massage is the perfect self care experience after you give birth. It can help ease postpartum discomfort from both labor and the new strains of holding and feeding a newborn. Massage can start the process of bringing balance back to all of the body systems, decrease stress and give some much needed time to relax and rejuvenate.  Please let us know when scheduling if you would be more comfortable in a side lying position or in more traditional positions lying on your stomach and back.

MOBILE CHAIR MASSAGE

60 minutes: $100

Travel Fee: $30

I will need access to a 10 by 10 foot clean space, a waist bin, access to bathroom with soap.

Yoga/Movement exercises add on: $25

15 additional minutes after massage appointment. I will assess from your massage some areas for your home stretching. I will give you individually specific yoga and movement exercises for you to do at home.
